Introducing SofClinic: Clinic Management for Modern Practices
Why Sofindex Built SofClinic
Clinics often coordinate patient booking, reception, clinical records, payments, staff access, and reporting through separate workflows. Sofindex built SofClinic to connect those day-to-day tasks in one product for private medical practices.
What Is SofClinic?
SofClinic is a bilingual, multi-tenant clinic management SaaS created and operated by Sofindex. It connects a patient-facing booking portal with role-based tools for clinic owners, doctors, and receptionists.
The product focuses on operational and clinical record workflows. It does not make diagnoses or replace clinical judgement.
Core Capabilities
Online Booking and WhatsApp Workflows
Patients can choose a clinic location, doctor, and available appointment slot. WhatsApp workflows support one-time-password verification, appointment confirmations and reminders, and post-visit review requests.
Patient Histories and Visit Records
Authorised clinical users can work with patient histories, previous visits, notes, diagnoses, vitals, prescriptions, and attachments.
Reception and Queue Management
Reception workflows cover check-in, live queues, walk-in appointments, waiting lists, and appointment status changes.
Payment Tracking and Shift Closing
Appointments can be tagged as cash, Visa, or insurance. Shift-closing workflows help reception teams reconcile the payments recorded during the shift.
Roles, Locations, and Reporting
Role-based access gives owners, doctors, and receptionists views suited to their responsibilities. Clinic owners can manage multiple locations and review operational and financial reporting from the platform.
SofClinic as Product Proof
SofClinic is a product Sofindex builds and operates, not a client result or a hypothetical portfolio project. Read the full SofClinic use case, explore Sofindex's healthcare and MedTech work, or review its web platform development service.
